- Greater transparency : Consumers want to know more about the wines they drink.
- Access to legal information QR Code: As traditional labels are limited in space, a QR Code can be used to provide detailed data, such as allergens or carbon footprint.

Do you have a question about our solution?
You're sure to find an answer here
What is the purpose of a QR Code on a bottle of wine?
It gives consumers access to detailed information about the wine, such as its origin, composition and tasting tips.
Are QR codes compulsory in Europe?
Yes, to comply with the new regulations, they are now required to provide legal information.
What type of information can I include?
A large data sheet containing nutritional values in particular, but we can also - in conjunction with your needs and recommendations - develop the solution further by integrating videos, organic certificates or even recipes!
Can I really create an unlimited number of elabels or QR Codes?
On average, a wine producer needs between 3 and 15 dematerialised labels per year.
We therefore believe that leaving the possibility of creating 25 labels per year is more than enough for 95% of producers.
If you ever need more than 25 dematerialised labels per year, don't hesitate to contact us.
Are there any recurring fees apart from the €90 for the one-off QRcodeWINE offer?
Our one-off offer is €90 for the first year. We believe this is the fairest price for a French solution that enables any wine producer to create dematerialised labels quickly and easily.
However, the large number of labels hosted on our site does incur hosting costs, which we have to pass on to you.
This fee is €30 per year. We have lowered the tariff as much as possible to make it virtually 'painless' for the producer.
You don't start paying the €30 until 11 months after creating your first label.
For example, you could subscribe to QRcodeWine in May and create the first label in December of the same year. The subscription will then start in November of the following year.
What happens to my dematerialised labels if I stop my subscription after 2 years, for example?
If you decide to stop your subscription after 2 years, for example, the labels you have already generated will be kept, but you will no longer be able to create new ones.
To stop your subscription, please contact us using the contact form. on this page
Will I receive an invoice for the registration fee and then the subscription fee?
Of course it is!
You will receive a proforma invoice by email when you first sign up and again each time you renew. You can also consult your invoices at any time from your customer area.
Is it easy for a beginner to create the cards and QR codes themselves?
If you know how to read and write emails, for example, there's no problem creating your own dematerialised labels!
As soon as you register with QRcodeWINE, you'll be redirected to your personal space where you can start creating labels straight away. You'll also find a tab entitled "Tutorials" where you'll find short videos showing you how to use the solution, even though it's very easy to learn.
In all cases, we remain available and you can contact us via the contact form or by telephone.
Do the elabels and QR Codes created have an unlimited duration?
Yes, we are committed to ensuring that all dematerialised labels and their associated QR Codes remain available and active for 10 years after their creation.
I export my products throughout the European Union. What about translating dematerialised labels?
Translation is automated.
All the labels are available in 24 languages, including all the languages of the European Union.
You don't have to do anything yourself. Customers in Finland will receive the dematerialised label directly in Finnish when they access the information on the bottle via the QR Code.
